About us
Our journey began with a simple idea !My wife and I absolutely love our Play with Clay shop. We opened our first location in Guelph back in 2009, and in 2016 we made the move to the amazing town of Fergus. We were a little nervous at first, but literally on day one, we found freshly baked bread and cookies waiting for us on our doorstep—and to this day, we still have no idea who dropped them off .
Since then, Fergus has truly become home. What started as “our” Play with Clay has really become Fergus’s Play with Clay—a community space, a pottery therapy zone, and a creative hangout lounge for everyone. We’re so thankful for the love and support we’ve felt here, and we’re proud to keep creating, sharing, and serving this beautiful town.
